Seattle Camp Highlights

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008

What an absolutely wonderful time WMI had with our friends @ New Hope International Church Family Camp this past week. The meetings were amazing and many of our own team gave testimonies to how their own lives were radically changed after last week. Our dear friends, Ps Varun and Da Laohaprasit have a great church there in the Seattle area. We are always so blessed every time we spend time with them. We are certainly looking forward to our trip to Bangkok in September with Ps Lao. More later–Ps Becky

Austin Revival Highlights

Wednesday, July 9th, 2008

What an incredible week of revival for City Worship Centre in Austin, Texas! You know, the old line, ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN AND IT PROBABLY WILL was certainly true from the very first service Sunday morning @ 8:30. Gods healing power was in the house as Ps Joe continued the series, The Gifts of the Spirit and several in that early service received healing in their own bodies and were standing in faith for loved ones as well.

On Sunday night, Tim Gidley, from Orlando Fl shared his testimony in music and song and the Word of the Lord was strong for many. We saw God do some amazing things as he prayed for those who had a call to ministry.

On Monday night, Pastors Dean and Jane Bearden, from Corpus Christi, Texas shared and the joy of the Lord filled the room. Journey Church, (their church in Corpus) began less than a year ago and we were reminded of our own humble beginnings almost 8 years ago. God is moving by His Spirit all over the earth.

On Tuesday night, worship was absolutely heavenly. Many people saw visions and most were touched by the Lord just in their seats. Ps Joe continued seeding the Word of God and exhorting the body to speak the Word of the Lord over their situations.

On Wednesday night, a dear brother who graduated from IFTA, brought 20 or so men who had been incarcerated and were released into a halfway program. The anointing was so powerful as they came forward to be prayed for. Ps Joe ministered prophetically over them and many of them were touched for the very first time. To God Be the Glory!

On Thursday night, Ps Melvin Smith, from Georgetown, Texas ministered the Word of the Lord to our church and again, God’s manifest presence showed up in power! We prayed for our city, our state and our country and confessed God’s word of favor and blessing over “our land”. We sowed the offering that night into Ps Melvin’s new work in Georgetown as a sign of partnership to see revival in Austin.

Then to cap off the week, we celebrated the 4th of July at our home with about 75 people in attendance. You talk about fun! What a great way to finish the week! We played, ate, fellowshipped and then walked over to the property and prayed corporately as we are expecting to take possession very soon!

If you were not able to make the meetings–we are so sorry; However, Ps Jess and Ryan were able to record the meetings and are making the week available on cd. They will be for sale in the sanctuary or you may call the office and order your set for a minimal cost. You will be blessed and encouraged.

One last note–would you keep Worshipworks Ministries in your prayers? This coming week, the WMI team will be in Seattle WA for Church Camp with our friends Da and Varun Laohaprasit. We are expecting great things.Be blessed—Ps Joe and Becky and the team

Keep it under wraps….

For those of you that have been following the ministry over the last 2 or 3 years, you know we have had some highs and lows regarding the acquisition of some property just west of our present location.

There is no formal announcement as of yet, but please pray! God is at work on our behalf and we are expecting to release more news within the next 2 weeks! But God…..

Stay tuned! Ps Joe and Becky and the team

Summer Revival @ CWC

Tuesday, July 1st, 2008

Good Morning!  We bring you greetings in the Name of Jesus!  At this writing, we have just a few services left in our Summer Revival here at City Worship Centre—Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this week.  Friends, if I could encourage you in one thing—don’t let this time pass and not be apart of the powerful times of worship and ministry we are experiencing.

Sunday night, our friend, Tim Gidley, shared his testimony in word and song and many people’s lives were so touched.  Last night, the worship team led us into a strong time of worship and Ps Dean and Jane Bearden from Corpus Christi, TX shared as the anointing moved so freely among the people.

Ps Joe is ministering on the power of the Word of God and seeding His Word into our lives.  What a blessing it is to know that as we speak His Word, we can move mountains!

Consider this your special invitation to join us for “Fun in the Son Revival” this week.  Church, don’t miss out!  This is an important time as we go forward into all God has for each of us.

Isa. 55:6 says,Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near.”

With the changing and challenging times we face, let’s seek God for our lives, our families, our nation, and find our sufficiency in Him. If not now—when?  Put aside the cares and worries of life and come get in His presence.  You won’t ever be the same!

Last but not least, if you are planning on attending the 4th of July picnic at Ps Joe and Becky’s house, let us know you are coming.  This will help us to plan accordingly with the food.  Contact the church office @ 512.301.0471 or email Ps Tressa @ tressacruse7@aol.com.

Friends, have a blessed week—we sure would love to see you in the meetings!

Ps Joe and Becky Cruse and the team
